The team has worked for majors, mid-tier and junior producers across coal, manganese and other commodities, in operations, finance, supply chain and transformation.
Sara leads SMRM Holdings. She has extensive experience in business financial management, supply chain and the transformation elements of B-BBEE in mining, having worked as a senior manager at large mining companies as well as junior and mid-tier producers across various commodities.
Sambula brings deep expertise in reporting, data analytics and quality management across mining, automotive and rail, with a long focus on coal. He has led project oversight, driven performance improvements and streamlined reporting systems.
Mashudu has over twenty years in South African mining in operations, projects, sales and marketing and support roles, for small, medium and large producers in coal, manganese and other commodities.
